      Vintage Description:

      Bright light gold colour with persistent fine mousse. Fragrant nose of white flowers, dried yellow peach, wet stone, reverberating with fine aromas of toasted hazelnuts and sea salt.       The basewines age fror 5 months in small oak barrels. 7 months after the harvest, the blend is created, which is made of 27 different basewines of the three grape varieties. Tirage takes place in April 2018 and with the tirage the second fermentation in the bottle.

      Maturation on the lees for an average of 48 months after the second fermentation in the bottle.
