      Vinification:

      Each bunch is selected and then goes through whirlpool-like wash, followed by thorough drying. Then they are destemmed in the maceration vat. Skin contact lasted 18-19 days. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration were controlled by accurately managing temperature. The mass was mixed daily, using a pair of flying tanks. The wine is finally drawn off and was placed in small oak barrels.

      Small oak barrels and stainless steel for 22 months.
